Each daily workout and program has their own demo video, write up and customizations to help you make the program work for your time, equipment or ability. You can pick and choose based on your situation that day, or as you progress!
Program options include Program A (dumbbell), Program B (barbell), Program C (other such as sandbag, bike, rower) and SHIFT - the simplified version and a great place to start for those new to this style of training, those returning from illness/injury, for pregnant/postpartum mamas, seniors, and even kids.

Street Parking offers over 50 Extra Programs covering a variety of fitness genres that can be incorporated if you want to focus on developing a specific skill, type of training, or simply for additional variety on a weekly basis.
Options include Strength programs (Starting Strength, Dumbbell Strength, Bodyweight Strength), Sandbag workouts, Olympic lifting sessions, Bodybuilding sessions(Butts & Guts, Suns Out Guns Out, Bro Sessions), Military Test Prep Training, Endurance, 5k and Half Marathon Training, and skill development such as Pull Up programs, Push Up programs and more.
