What is SIS-TEMBER?

SIS-TEMBER is all about challenging our mindset, our beliefs, and our bodies. The goal will be to complete the Sisyphus Gauntlet (all 4 workouts) in the month of September. There will be ONE Sisyphus Gauntlet workout programmed each Saturday in the month of September, with options for anyone to participate — solo or with a new TEAM version, on your own, or at one of the local SP meetups taking place. Street Parking members will also find one SP + Between the Ears Daily Workout programmed each Wednesday, to continue to reinforce and explore the physiology of psychology in our daily fitness.

Some members have already completed all four Sisyphus Gauntlet workouts, others may not have done any, and others may have a couple yet to complete.

This September, are you willing to commit to challenging yourself with these sessions no matter what?

Why we are doing it

At Street Parking, we believe in asking ourselves “who am I now?” and “who am I becoming?” There is no such thing as standing still. And we strive to always move in the direction of personal growth.

We are willing to be honest with ourselves about which habits, beliefs, fears, or comforts are holding us back. We know that NONE of us will ever reach the summit, but we are determined to come as close as possible to realizing our full potential.

The Sisyphus Gauntlet and BTE workouts invite us to challenge our fears, beliefs, and habits in a way that is both intimidating and fun, and undoubtedly transformative. Are you willing to say yes to SIS-TEMBER with the SP community?

How to participate

  • Do the programmed Sisyphus Gauntlet workout each week. Even though they will be programmed on Saturdays, you can do them any day that works for you.
  • Join a local meetup to share the experience among the community.
  • Host a local meetup by emailing meetups@streetparking.com
  • Engage with the mindset piece that accompanies each workout – these will be explained in the workout notes as well as weekly SP newsletters.
  • Watch/listen to the weekly podcasts from Between The Ears to help make the most of the experience.
